FRENCH CABINET HAS AGREED TO BONUS FOR LOW-PAID WORKERS
PARIS, Nov. 3 (Recd. 6 p.m.)—Mr. George Bidault's new French Government, at its first Cabinet meeting, reached an agreement in principle on a bonus award for lowest paid workers. This was one of the questions involved in the recent political crisis. A bonus not exceeding £3 is planned for workers with monthly incomes of less than £l5.—Reuter.
