G. S. Nimmo and W. H. Fowler tied with the score of 214 for the best three out of five rounds during the season at the Tawhero Golf Club. Mrs T. Fowler won the women’s section with 205. The finals of the club championships will be played this week-end. Tne rilaw h-: Men’s: Senior. G. S. Nimmo v P. Jackson; intermediate, H. Sherman v H. Hancox; junior, J. Blake v A. Craigmy’e. Women’s: Intermediate, Mrs. Marshall v Miss J. McGregor; junior, Mrs Header; on v Miss J. Travers. Players not in the championships will compete in a bogey points match.
