NIZAM OF HYDERABAD WANTS £500,000 BACK FROM MINISTER

LONDON, Oct. 4 (Recd. 6 p.m.)A writ for the repayment of nearly £500,000 has been taken out by a firm of London solicitors on behalf of the Nizam of Hyderabad against his former fiancee and the Foreign Minister, the Nawab Moin Nawaz Jung, now at Lake Success.

According to the case for the Nizam, the Nawab Moin was entrusted with a total of more than £431,000, this being placed in a joint account by the Nawab Moin and Mr. Zahir Ahmad, secretary of the Hyderabad External Affairs Departmeit. The Nizam now requires repayment to himself of this sum.—Reuter.
