About So players were present al the official opening of the St. lohn’s I .awn Tennis Club s summer season. The opening was conducted by Mr. !•’. E. Smith, a vice-president of the club. The winners of the Yankee tournament were Mrs. Heagley and E. Greener. Consolation prizes v.e ,- e awarded to Miss A. Turner and P. Palmer.
