Nine Korean Communists Sentenced To Death
SEOUL, Oct 1 (Recd 6 pm))—A court-martial yesterday sentenced to death by shooting, nine alleged Korean Communists, including a woman, for having violated a National Security law. The law empowers the military to try persons suspected of “acting under instructions of the enemy.”
