PARLIAMENT BLDGZ, Sept 30 To assist the owners of cocibearing lands in obtaining eviden •? to place before the *Coal Valuation Commission in support of their claims it has been deeded to permit boruig cr prospecting operations to carried out in their own lands until March 31, 1930, without obtaining a coal prospecting licence. This was stated by the Min ster of Mines (Mr. McLagan) tonight.
