NO WARRANT OF FITNESS OR DRIVER'S LICENCE

Charged in the Magistrate’s CourtWanganui, yesterday, with driving a ear when he did not have a driver's licence. Kenneth Charles Reid was fined £l, costs 10s. On a further charge of not having a warrant of fitness, defendant was fined 10s, costs 10s. Inspector H. E. Tipper, who prosecuted for the Wanganui City Council, said that defendant had since renewed his warrant of fitness and als'« his drivers licence. Mr S. S. Preston, S.M., presided.
