Wanganui Printing Trade Apprentices Successful In Cover Design Contest

Brian Masters and J. D. Groves, both of Wanganui, gained first and third places i-espectiveiy in the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Printing and Related Trades Union cover design competition for apprentices. Entries were received from all parts of the southern half of the North Island.

Opportunity was taken at the annual meeting of the Wanganui branch to present the prizes to the Wanganui candidates. Mr R. Gowan congratulated them and other Wanganui entrants on the excellence of their work.
