Food For Britain.

The acting Chief Postmaster in Wanganui, Mr. H. A. N. Catanach. advises that the liner Corinthic, carrying 16,418 food parcels of a total weight ol 177,2021h5., arrived in the United Kingdom on April 16. The parcels were from the southern half of the North Island, also Gisborne and Nelson districts, and wore posted during the period February 24 to March 15. The Corinthic left Wellington on March 16.
