Taranaki Golf Title Won By Jeffery
N. PLYMOUTH, Last Night (P.A.) —The Taranaki golf championship was won today by J. Jeffrey (New Plymouth) who defeated J. Holden (New Plymouth) 6 and 5 in the final. Jeffery did the first nine holes in four under the scratch score and carded par figures for the next four holes.
