T. B. FERGUSON AGAIN WINS OTAGO AMATEUR GOLF TITLE

DUNEDIN, Last Night (PA'.—For the second year in succession, T. B. Ferguson (Otago Club) won the Otago amateur golf championship over 36 holes at Ba’macewan today by defeating his clubmate. J. A. Scouler, 3 and 2. Scouler was 1 up after the morning round, but Ferguson swung into his stride in the afternoon. A large crowd followed the players. The New Zealand amateur champion. A. Gibbs, who was beaten in the second round by Scouler at the 20th hole, won the Otago Plate.
