Ellerslie Fields And Prospects Today
Fields have thinned out considerably today for the second day of the Auckland Racing Club’s three-day Easter meeting, especially in the two jumping events, there being eight in the hurdle race ind seven in the Autumn Steeplechase. Interest will attach to Tauloch’s prospects of adding to his recoru in the St. Leger Slakes, and to Sleepy Fox’s engagement with 10.0 in the Huia Handicap.
