AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA)—Ths first day of the Auckland Racing Club's autumn meeting was held in perfect weather al Ellerslie on'Saturday. The track was easy after recent rain. The attendance was 33.000 compared with 32,000 on the first day last year. The totalisator handled £231,260 compared with £208,549 10s on the first day last year, an increase of £22,710 10s.
