TWO MEN AND WOMAN SENT FOR TRIAL
Police Allege Breaking Entering And Damage WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA). The hearing of evidence against Wallace Wells, motor driver, aged 38. Olive May Wahren, cashier (34) and William Albert Gaines, salesman (50), charged in the Magistrate’s Court with breaking and entering by night with intent to commit crime and wilful damage of property to the value of £lOO, was concluded today. Accused I leaded not guilty and were committed by Mr. Colliding, S.M., Io the Supreme Court for trial. The magistrate, who refused bail to the male accused after the first day’s evidence a week ago because of allegations by the police prosecutor that witnesses had liven intimidated, again refused bail. He said he would'not gram it where there was any suggestion of intimidation. Bail was renewed for Wahren. Several lesser charges arising out of the same incident were stood over till the end of the Supreme Court proceedings.
