Committee Dismisses Yarndley Appeal

AUCKLAND, Last Niqht (PA).— The Auckland District facing Committee today dismissed the appeal of A. Yarndley against his disqualification for 12 months by the judicial committee of the Te Aroha Jockey Club. After reviewing the evidence tendered to the Te Aroha Club and additional statements offered to the District Committee, disqualification was confirmed as from February 26, 1949. The deposit lodged with the appeal was forfeited.
