Russian Road Blocks Between Zones

(N.Z.P.A.—Copyright.) LONDON, Feb. 18 (Rec. 6 p.m.)— Russians are building iron and stone road blocks across several Berlin streets which link the Russian and Western sectors, says the British United Press Berlin correspondent. The correspondent saw the work in progress during a tour. He said Western officials were not worried by this activity. They believe the Russians are buillding the barricades merely to prevent any vehicles slipping past Russian control points.
