PRAGUE, Feb. 17 (Rec. 6 p.m.) "Czechs must learn to inform on one another”, says the Communist publicist, Vaclav Lacina. writing in the Czech cultural newspaper "Lidove Novin.”

They must forget old prejudices and abandon old sentimentality. To say that Czechs must not inform was racist and fascistio.”

Lacina singled out for watching persons producing leaflets or indulging in “sinister whispering.”
