British Troops May Have To Dismantle Big German Plant
LONDON, Jan. 6 (Recd. 8 pm l . German resistance to the dismantling of the large Bochumer Verein steel works in the Ruhr may force Inc use of British troops to complete the job says the Associated Press Dusseldtre correspondent.
More than 100 Essen workers whom the British engaged for demolitions refused yesterday to go on witli the work. British officials said there would be sufficient British troops standing by on Thursday to ensure that the job will start. The British are prepared to take counter measures if Bochumer Verein workers try to interfere.
