Commission To Try Persons Charged With Breaches Of Security

LONDON. Jan 4 (Recd 8 pm)— “The Times’ ” Frankfurt correspondent says that a military commission is to be appointed to try persons charge ed with acts prejudicial to the security of the United States forces in Europe. Some 20 foreign nationals are in custody charged with such activities. The Court will consist of at least five members, and may impose the death penalty, though the, sentences will be subject to review by the American Military Governor.
