DUTCH PREMIER ON WAY TO INDONESIA REASONS FOR VISIT
LONDON, Jan 5 (Recd 8 p.m.).— The Dutch Prime Minister (Doctor Drees.', before leaving tor Indonesia, said the objects of his journev were: (1) to bring about the formation of a full interim Government that would really be representative of the whole of Indonesia. (2) Preparations for the setting up of a Unitsd States ot Indonesia, to which Holland could transfer sovereignty. Before the United States could be formed, elections would be necessary. Dr. Drees added that as importa.P decisions would have to be made in the Netherlands he did not intend to stay long in Indonesia.
