Italian Seamen Refuse To Deliver Warships To Russia
ROME, Nov. 29 (Rec. 10.15 pm).— According to the newspaper ‘*ll Tempo,” Italian merchant seamen refused to take to Russian ports Italian warships turned over to Russia under the terms of the Italian Peace Treaty.
