LONDON, Nov 27 (Recd 6 pm).— The Pope has appointed .Monsignor Paolo Marella as Apostolic Delegate to Australia and New Zealand, says the Associated Castel Gandolofo cor-j respondent. Monsignor Marella. titular Bishop of Doclea, was Apostolic Delegate to Japan.
