Improved Demand For Health Stamps

PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Last Night (PA).—The sales of health stamps for the week ended October 23 amounted to £4629, bringing the New Zealand total for three weeks of the campaign to £86,672, announced the Post-master-General (Mr. Hackett) today. This is 10,000 in advance of the sales for the whole of the first month of last year. The response was gratifying and reflected the good work being done by the health camp committees throughout the country, added the Minister.
