Championship Awards At Combined Flower Show In Hamilton
(P.A.) Hamilton, Sept. 14. The combined North Island show of the National Daffodil Society and the spring show of the Hamilton Horticultural Society opened in Hamilton today. Championship awards were: Champion of champions and champion yellow trumpet, C. H "Matthews, Lower Hutt; premier incomparabilis, Mrs. N. V. Anderson, Taranaki; premier white trumpet, Mrs. J. Mercer, Hastings; premier bicolour, Mrs. J. Mercer; premier bavrii, A. Gibson. Marton; premier leedsii, Mrs. Anderson; premier seedling, J. T. Gray, Palmerston North. Hamilton Horticultural Show champion of champions, H. M. Hammond.
