Auckland Varsity Beat Massey College In Rugby Match
(P.A.) Palmerston North, June 30. In a fast open gam£ Auckland University beat Massev Agricultural College by 13 points to 10 in the annual Rugbv encounter played here today. Auckland numbered several players selected for the North Island Varsity side, but honours of play rested with Massev until late in the second spell when a good back try mads scores even and the conversion gave Auckland the lead. For Auckland Caughey potted a field goal. Gilmour scored a try and conversion, Grace a try, and Gilmour a conversion- For Massey Hutton a try. Foreman a try, and Webber two conversions.
