<N.Z.P.A —Reuter—Copyright, t Recd. 7.5 p.m. Tokio, June 30 Petty-Ofticer Yamasaki Tatsuo was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment by the Australian War Crimes Court for ill-treating Captain James Godwin and Lieutenants Samuel Parker and John Benge of the Royal New Zealand Navy, aboard the Sunnki Maru while en route to Osaka from Java.
