Mr. E. W. Merewether wag re-elect-ed patron at the annual meeting ot the Wanganui Returned Services' Association last night. Mr. H. R. Gilberd was elected president of the Wanganui Returned Services Association at last night’s annual meeting. The late Mr. W. D. Young, who died recently, was remembeied at last night’s annual meeting of the Wanganui Returned Services' Association. Mr. Young was president at the time of his death. Mr. W. D. Carson, of Brunswick, will visit Hamilton next week to judge the agricultural section of the Waikato winter show, which will be held from June 1 to June 8.
