Can Waverley Beat The Pirates?
CRUCIAL MATCH NEXT SATURDAY.
At Waverley next Saturday one of the outstanding club Rugby matches of the season is to be played. It will answer the question: “Can Waverley beat Pirates?"
Such a question is justified in view of Waverley’s success this season, capped last Saturday by a deserved win against Technical Old Boys. Marist and Technical Old Boys are to play in the three o’clock match on Spriggens Park, and Kaierau and Wanganui and Old Boys are to meet at 1.30 on the park.
