WANGANUI WINS FIRST GOLF MATCH OF SEASON AGAINST TAWHERO
Playing their first inter-club match of the season on the Belmont course on Saturoay, members of the Wanganui Golf Club defeated the Tawhero Club by 15 matches to three in the singles and nine matches to nil in the fourball. The course was in excellent order after the recent rain. Results were as follow, Wanganui players being mentioned first in eacli instance:— SINGLES. W. K. Creighton beat L. Keltie, J.
