MARLBOROUGH FIELDS AND PROSPECTS
A two-day meeting will be held at Blenheim today and Monday by the Marlborough Racing Club, and the fields include a majoritj* of the horses which competed at the Nelson meeting last weekend. With a number of newcomers to make the issue rather open in some instances, the meeting should prove entirely successful. Betting will be on the win-and-place system and horses likely to attract support include the following:— Novice Stakes. Feoia, Elskar, Leighnote. Waihopia Trot.
