CREW OF 51 LOST

.Reed. 11 p.m. Seattle, Nov. 26. A coastguard party which reached the vessel Clarksdale Victory, reported that all the crew of 51 apparently had perished in gale-lashed seas when the after section slipped into deep water. There was no sign of life aboard the bow section, which is the only part of the ship visible above water. The searchers suggested the possibility that three men sighted earlier from aircraft were natives who came to view the wreckage and then left.
