ILLEGAL JEW IMMIGRANTS TAKE SOLEMN OATH NOT TO DISEMBARK IN EUROPE
Recci. 11 p.m. Paris, July 23. Haganah’s European headquarters informed the French Government that illegal Jewish immigrants being brought back to Villefranche have taken o solemn oath never to disembark in Europe. "They will resist any attempt to land them in France.” The authorities at Villefranche have asked for extra police units.
