TAWHERO GOLF CLUB
FIFTH ROUND P. AND L. CUPS Members of Tawhero Golf Club will play the fifth round of the Peters and Larsen Cups competition on Saturday. The ladies’ section has reached the final, the contenders being Mrs Haldane and Miss E. Johnson. A Medal round will be played by all those knocked out of the Cup matches. Last week’s one-club match was won by A. Charles, 104-29-75. W. Fowler, 106-30-76, K. Wilson 97-19-78, Don Gordon, 91-12-79, were the best of the others. In the ladies’ section Miss ft. Johnson was the winner.
