EARLY ACTION ON U.N.O. FINDINGS URGED

Recd. 8 p.m. New York, July 14 Mr. Dendramis, Greek Ambassador, sent a letter to the Security Council to-day, urging early action on the recommendations of the Balkan inquiry commission, in view of the “drastically more serious” condition on the frontiers.

The letter said the invasion was part of a Communist plot to establish a rebel Government in Greece.
