(Special) Ohakune, March 5When a case was called in the Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr. A. Coleman, S.M., against two shearers and shed hands in Waimarino, alleging breaches of the Shearers' and Shed Hands’ award by working on a Sunday, application was made by Mr. R. Dobbie, on behalf of the Waimarino branch of Federated Farmers o f New Zealand, to have it adjourned. Mr. Coleman granted an adjournment until April 2. The inspector of awards at Wanganui (Mr. W. J. Roydhousei appeared for the Department of. Labour.
