CHINA AIR FORCE PLANE CRASHES

21 PEOPLE KILLED Shanghai, Feb. 22. A China Air Force Skymaster crashed in a suburb of Chungking, killing 21 passengers and crew. The crash was reported to be due to icing. An eye witness said a wing broke off as the plane os approaching an airport for landing after a flight from Kunmin.
