GREEKS SAY BELGRADE ACADEMY IS TRAINING REVOLUTIONARIES

Athens, Feb. 22. The Greek News Agency says a former Yugoslav officer told the United Nations Organisation Commission visiting Greece that the Belgrade Military Academy trained the Greek Elas officers since the war. A witness who fled to Yugoslavia said he saw Greek Communists moving freely in Monastir. where they had a special office. Elas Partisans attended military and political schools. The Foreign Minister, Mr. Tsaldaris, announced that Greece is incorporating the Dodecanese Islands on March 25 which is the anniversary of the Greek declaration of independence. The Greeks expected that the “Big Four,” bv March 25, would have rarfled the'ltalian Peace Treaty, which awards the islands to- Greece.
