LABOUR PARTY’S ELECTION CAMPAIGN MEETINGS

Arrangements have been made for an extensive campaign to further the candidature of Mr. J. B. Cotterill, M.P., Labour candidate for Wanganui. Mr. Cotterill’s next meeting is on Monday evening at Aramoho. On Tuesday, he is to speak in the Gonville Town Flail with Mr. R. J. O’Dea, Labour Party candidate for Patea. On Wednesday nex4 Mr. Cotterill will speak in the Presbyterian Sunday School Hall, St. John’s Hill. During next week and in subsequent weeks Mr. Cotterill will address meetings at various Wanganui factories and industrial plants. The visit of the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, on Friday, November 15, will be the occasion for a Labour election rails in the Opera 1 louse.
