FASCIST FLAGS

London, Oct. 28. Italian Fascist flags, with boobytraps attached to them, were hqisted on the bell-tower of Trieste Cathedral and on the city's war memorial in celebration of the anniversary of the Fascist march on Rome, says Reuters Trieste correspondent. The booby-traps were removed from the flag cords by local firemen. Police are investigating the incident, which occurred during the night. No arrests have been made so far.
