Forecast, to 5 p.m.: Fresh to strong westerly winds; weather, cloudy with occasional showers, heavy at times this afternoon in the ranges; temperatures, cool. Further outlook: Weal her improving and only isolated showers. The New Zealand Friends' School. St. John's Hill, reports as follows for the 24 hours ending 6 p.m. yesterday.
