Cresco Fertilisers (W.A.i Ltd., earned net profit of £21,153, an increase of £6642. Ordinary dividend, raised from 4 to 44 per cent, and 5 per cent, preference require £15,975. NEW ISSUE OF SHARES PLANNED BY DAVID JONES. David Jones, Ltd.. Sydney retailers, intends to capitalise £lOO.OOO now standing in share premium reserve, by the issue to ordinary shareholders of 100,000 ordinary shares in the proportion of 10 shares for each 81 ordinary shares held, or fraction thereof.
