Recd. 6 p.m. London, Oct. 28. The Chief Provost Marshal of American troops in Europe, Colonel J. J. Turner, stated that a new military headquarters had Jieen formed in London for reasons which he would not discuss. The “Daily Mail” says Colonel Turner would not confirm a report that the American authorities established a central headquarters to question arrested deserters about the recent crop of jewel robberies.
