(P.A.) Dunedin. Oct. 29. Military defaulters will not be permitted to enrol as electors for the general election. This advice was received in Dunedin from the Chief Electoral Officer in Wellington to-night. In many eases where it is known Shat defaulters have enrolled, their names will be removed from the rolls.
