NEW COMMANDANT APPOINTED Recd. 8 p.m. London, April 12. Major-General R. A. Hull, aged 39, has been appointed commandant of the Staff College. During the first part of the war he served as general staff officer and served with the Ist Canadian Division and a British armoured division. He saw action In the Mediterranean, Italy and Germany, mainly with armoured formations.
