OBITUARY

MR. G. E. PAIN. The death ocurred on Saturday of Mr. George Edward Pain, of 24 Devon Street. Masterton, in his 69th. yefir. The late Mr. Pain was born in Masterton and resided in the district all his life. Many years ago he was farming at Whakataki with his brother, and for 28 years he was similarly engaged at Kaituna on his own account. He was twice married, and is survived by his second wife, one daughter by the first marriage, and two daughters by the second marriage. MR. W. R. S. WILLOUGBY. Mr. William Robert Seymour Willougby died recently in Masterton. He was born in Cambridge 70 years ago, and was associated for many years with the Red Star Football Club and the Masterton Collie Club. He played senior football for his club 40 years ago. Mr. Willoughby is survived by a son.
