REUNION AND DANCE
AIR FORCE ASSOCIATION Plans for a reunion and dance for former Air Force "tynes” in the near future were discu sed at a meeting ol the executive of the recen.ly-formed Wanganui bra;.ch of the Air Force Association. Arrangements were begun for the first of a series of club evenings for members and their Air Force friends, to be held next Wednesday. A flying sub-committee has been formed to co.jsider the manner in which flying may best be carried out by the association, and a hobbies club has been formed to enable skilled tradesmen formerly in the Air Force to carry on with their work, and employ their leisure productively. A rehabilitation comm tee has also been formed to deal with problems encountered by members of the association. Tlie executive has temporarily fixed the boundaries to be administered by the Wanganui branch within the area Patea-Raetlhl-Ohakune-Taihape- Hun. terville-Marton, and sub-branches may be created within that area. It is expected that boundaries will require adjusting later as the a sociation increases, and mam branches will then be formed nearer the points mentioned.
