A MILK THREAT
SYDNEY AND NEWCASTLE Recd. f p.m. Sydney, Jan. 29. Dairymen threaten to withhold milk from Sydney and Newcastle if they do not get an increase in milk subsidy. A spokesman of the Milk Zone Dairymen’s Council says that future action will depend on the reply given by the Premier, Mr. McKell, to a request for an increase. A year-round price of Is $d per gallon is requested.
