PENDING BRITISH-U.S. CONFERENCE Recd. 10 p.m. New York, Jan. 8 Outstanding eivij aviation differences between Britain and the United States will be examined at a conference in Bermuda, beginning next Tuesday, says the “New York Times” Washington corresponden:. the suojects include the British desire for some control of Government rates and frequencies limitation of capacity and also restrictions on "fifth freedom” rights, which involve intermediate traffic. It is expected the conference will also discuss the use by commercial aircraft of military bases constructed during the war.
