LUXEMBURG NAZI ARRESTED
HIS SUICIDE REPORTED Recd. <8 p.m. London, Dec. 20. Gustav Simon, gauletier in Luxemburg during its by the Nazis, has been arrested, and was immediately handed over to the Luxemburg authorities to be tried as a war criminal. A Luxemburg message says that Simon, after his arrest in the British zone of Germany, hanged himself with a rope made from padding nulled from his cell mattress. Simon, during • tho occupation, precipitated widespread strikes throughout Luxemburg by conscripting men to light for Germany.
