CONTROL OF GERMANY
ALLIES DISAGREE AS TO TRADE UNIONS Reed. 6 p.m. Berlin, Nov. 10. The Allied Control Commission has decided that ttie four member Governments should be informed that the Council is unable to agree on the law governing the formation of trade unions in Germany, Reuter’s correspondent says the failure is due to French opposition to a trade union organisation covering all Germany. Th? Associated Press correspondent says the French delegate announced that his Government took th? same stand on this issue as on that of a central government for Germany—that it was premature, perhaps dangerous. to permit the Germans to have central organisations.
